Please notice that this is a general proposition and that it makes the assignments for new articles for us easier.

Buyers

The registration as buyer costs in the smallest version 4,95€ and includes a full functional range.

However, it is the possibility to book extended services. Here is the buyer kept in the loop with SMS messages about reactions of the seller.

Moreover, the business profile is published in search engines so that it is found overall Planttrade.net.

Sellers

The prices for seller please refer to the price- and packagelist.

Important: You can always cancel your contract so that there is so risk with long contract maturities.

In addition to our above mentioned services we also offer special marketing promotions e.g. to make special attention to your offers.

If you make an import of your data, it can happen that certain items are not known in the system, e.g. own articles.

To be nevertheless able to import these articles we must spell the system which articles corresponds to this articles.

Alternatively you can apply a new article odercopy an article of the system.

Important: An import can only be made if all articles are performed.

No problem, on every page on the left hand is a button where you can send us your opinion, critics and/or wishes of functions.

We take your opinion as a customer very seriously and we will contact you as soon as possible. So that we can steadily improving Planttrade.net for you and all other members. 

No, it is not pssible to buy DIRECTLY through Planttrade.net. Our platform provides the contact. We allow the buyers requests to the sellers set offers to send. On the other hand the seller has the opportunity to respond to inquiries about the system.

By this process is the contract between buyers and sellers in the foreground.

In our system it is not aware of possible deposit prices for aticles or sevices in public or visible for everyone. The prices may be either manually entered by the seller at the tendering or are generally stored in the spreadsheet data into our system. Herewirh we would like to give the opportunity to handle offers/request fast and easy. Each member is at liberty to avail this service or preferably perform the processing in your own inventory managment system. 

Planttrade.net is a online trading platform which can be used by professionals (e.g. Wholesalers and Resellers). Residential customers have no way to access the protected area.

Principle in our system prices are not deposited reasonable for other. This happens solely for your own use. On base of calculation groups and calculation data the request will be prefilled.

Calculation groups:

Here are prices ranges for various customer groups. Usually there would be one group for big customers, regular customers a.s.o. Then you can decide whether to use in this group- a fixed price or a dicount on the base price.

Calculation data:

Here are the items for each individual deposit rate. If you have deposite a calculation group with a group discount you only have to give a base price for the article and price is calculated using the discount. For each pricegroup you can find a pricebox in the calculation data where you have to enter the discount.

Sure you know the surch fields in the upper right corner that you can now find in any browser.

With one click you can now search in our database for Offers, articles or members.

Previously, it is unnecessary to go to the page, simply enter the name and off you go.

This company profil is one short presentation with all relevant information about your business.

Which means, all data, which you have entered with your registration were shown in your business profil. These informations are:

• Display your business location on a map
• Contact information (phone number, fax number, Company name, Contact person...)
• Reviews
• Material groups
• Status message (e.g. you are in vacation, special offers...)
• Current offers
• Company description
• Gallery

All mentioned aboved informations can be deleted or changed under the menu item "My account" / "My profile" or over the link on top right "My profile".

Tip: You can link your company profile on your website or pass it on to business customers.

Reachable via www.Planttrade.net/Company name

To send your message, you can click on your Headquarter and then click on "New Message". Then you only have to choose the recipient from your contacts and send the message.

If you do not find the recipient in your contacts seek them over the menu item "Companies" and click on "Add as contact". Alternatively you can send him a direct message, you simply have to click on "Send message".

Tip: all new/unread messages are shown in the Headquarter. In addition, you can use a messaging system in which all received, send and deleted messages are displayed.

To set an offer, there are 2 possibilties:

• click on the "Headquarters",top right on the page and uner the item "Functions" the Button "New Offer", or
• in the menu on "My account" / "Offers" and then a click on "New Offer" 

Over a user-friendly form you can enter all necessary data for the supply. These include:

• Article selection: here you can either select an existing item from your own file or from the BdB master data. Because we have collected thousands of images to the articles these will be loaded directly in the offer- if they are available to the choosen article.
• Images selection: should you not like the images selected by us, you can also use your own images.
• Presentation package: you can select between 3 different types: standard, galery, top-offer.
  • For the standard package you can enter the complete article- with all features, in addition you have the opportunity to upload 1 image.
  • The galery-package contains all opportunities off the standard- package, in addition you have the opportunity to upload up to 3 images.
  • The top- package contains all opportunities off the standard- package. Further benefits are:
    • particularly sriking design, to make customers aware of the offer
    • any number of images to deposite
    • the entry appears under the first search results
    • own advertising claim (e.g. face eviction, special offer)
    • at top at the search results

PLease notice that this unique presantation will cost an additional €2 and is llimited to a desired period, to ensure the exclusivity of your offer.

• Description: enter a item description and a brief descrpition that is specifically in this offer in the search.
• Preview: take a look at the look like your offer! the preview will be updated with every change in your offer.

With this it would be possible, to upload or adjust stocks out off your system.

The installation needed to install Windows Vista or a newer version (e.g. Windows 7).

The installation is easy, download the Gadget- File and make a doubleclick on it to start the installation.

In the next mask a click on "installation" and the Gadget appears automatically in the "Sidebar" on the right side on the screen.

Now you can enter a search item and make a click on "search".

You just need an internet access and an actual version of your internet browser.

For the internet Explorer from version 7 or higher and for Mozilla Firefox from version 3.5.
